The Future of Leadership Forum

Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence in Public Leadership with GW-CEPL

The Future of Leadership Forum September 22, 2017 GW-CEPL

“We are in an age our namesake could not have imagined, with our mission of educating citizen leaders not just for this nation, but now for the world.”

- President Knapp (former)
  The George Washington University

What is leadership? What is the future of leadership? The essence and characteristics of leadership may withstand time, but then how do we prepare for the ever-changing complexity of the 21st century?

The Future of Leadership Forum, which marks our 20-year anniversary as the GW Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, is as a platform for engaging with thought leaders, educators, coaches, practitioners and GW alumni around cutting-edge leadership theory and practices in the public, private and nonprofit sectors.

Join us this September, as we explore the new challenges and demands facing tomorrow’s leaders, and provide practical tools and takeaways for creating visionary, sustainable and inclusive work spaces and communities.  Challenge existing assumptions and propose new ones. Come to learn, share, and co-create solutions that make a positive difference in our organizations and in the lives of the people we serve.
